INGREDIENTS:

1 Zucchini

Batter:

5 tbs Flour

5 tbs Water

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Truffle n Smoke salt blend + extra for dusting

Breading:

1 cup Bread crumbs

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Truffle n Smoke salt blend

Frying:

Oil (Peanut, Vegetable, Coconut)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Take Zucchini and cut into thin .4″ circles.

Batter:

In a small bowl mix flour, Garlic powder, truffle n smoke salt and water.

We’re looking for beat egg type consistency, Not too thin but not too thick.

Breading:

In a bowl add bread crumbs, truffle n smoke salt, Garlic powder. Mix well.

Coating:

Take a Zucchini slice and dip it in the batter. Then take the slice and coat it in bread crumbs. repeat until all the zucchini slices are fully battered and breaded.

FRYING AND FINISHING:

In a medium small pot heat up oil to 350- 375°F

After oil is fully heated slowly add your battered Zucchini to the oil. Do not over load the oil with zucchini if you do it will lower the temperature of the oil.

Fry Zucchini for about a minute or two or until golden brown on both sides.

after the zucchini is done, move to a cooling rack or a paper towel for proper so you can keep the crispness of the zucchini and the oil wont soak into the breading and zucchini making it soggy.

FINISHING

Sprinkle our Truffle N’ Smoke salt mix on top of your crispy zucchini to taste and ENJOY!
