INGREDIENTS:

a halt Cauliflower

3 teaspoons San fuego 

1 teaspoon onion powder 

salt to taste

Oil for cooking

Water for cooking

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 Take cauliflower and cut into small pieces.

Then move to a medium size bowl. Add a drizzle of oil and your seasonings, mix until cauliflower is fully coated (add more oil if needed)

Add cauliflower to a skillet and turn eye to a medium heat.

once skillet is hot add a bit of water and cover once the water has cooked out repeat until the cauliflower is tinder. Once cauliflower is tender remove lid and let water cook out add 2 teaspoons of oil to pan and saute for 3-5 mins.

FINISHINGS:

Sprinkle your cauliflower with parsley to add freshness and ENJOY!
